I went to my new psychiatrist a couple of weeks ago. I like him better than the other guy, but he is really quiet and expects me to do all of the talking. It was kind of uncomfortable. Anyway, he prescribed me some Provigil - which is a medication I used to take to keep me awake during the day. It helped for a couple of days but it's not really helping anymore. I think I need a higher dosage than what I used to take. I have to go back to him in a couple more weeks, not really looking forward to that. He expects me to have stuff to say. Oh, and he is also having me take a fish oil supplement and a prenatal vitamin instead of a regular mulivitamin - not sure why, I'm not planning on getting pregnant. And the fish oil capsules smell....fishy. I have kind of a hard time putting those in my mouth. I try not to think about how exactly they go about getting the oil out of the fish...
I'm not sure what to do about Dakota. Lately, he has been peeing and pooping in his pants. He is 6 years old, I don't know why he is doing this. We've taken away privileges in hopes that it would make him stop, but it isn't helping. We've asked him why he doesn't just go in the toilet but he just says he doesn't know. He was doing this only at home, but he's recently started peeing in his pants at school. You would think that it would be embarrasing for him but he doesn't seem to care. Help?!?!?!?!
